

Throughout his career, Yo Gotti has released about nine studio albums, 22 mixtapes and 26 singles. His recent release was a collaborative mixtape entitled “Gotti Made-It” and the lead single from the mixtape “Rake it up” featuring Nick Minaj has so far peaked at #8 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Yo Gotti’s sixth album “I Am” was the first album that was officially released by the label.

Yo Gotti founded his record label Collective Music Group, also known as CMG which was formerly known as Cocaine Music Group. The same year he released a single “Act Right” from his sixth album, which made its way to various charts including #5 on the Bubbling under Hot 100 Singles, #39 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and #24 on the Rap Songs Chart. In 2013, Yo Gotti signed a distribution deal with “Epic Records”. He became popular for his single “Live from the Kitchen”, that got ranked at #12 on the US Billboard 200, and over 16,000 copies were sold in its first week of sales in the United States. The single from the album “5 star” was ranked at the Hot 100 and the album’s second single that featured Lil Wayne got ranked at #81 on 100.

Yo Gotti began a career in music when he was just 14 when he started to rap with the stage name Lil Yo. The couple has two children, and the both of them are in the father’s custody.
